There is no direct back-up function in this program. However, you can always save your data. Simply copy the folders 'Costs' and 'DriverLog', which can be found in 'My Documents/Haushaltsbuch' (Windows XP) or 'Documents/Haushaltsbuch' (Windows VISTA) to CD or USB stick etc.
